About the Event
Scorched Fur is an All Ages Camping event that combines a Furry Convention with the Feel of a Regional Burn. Scorched Fur promotes all of the values of a burn style event  including the freedom of expression, great music and of course the  Effigy on Saturday Night.
While Scorched Fur is an All Ages  event, we do have our Red Light District that allows you to be you.  We  are accepting of most any clothing style and encourage parents to be  advised that a variety of expressions will be present throughout the  weekend.   A common Kitchen area, a Community Art Area and during the  night time …. DANCING!!!!
Pack your camping gear, food and a desire to relax and  let go under the stars deep in the heart of Texas. This is a rain or shine event! In case of rain please come prepared to play and camp in the rain.
